Good product as described in ad but it doesn't provide enough current to charge a mobile phone correctly. I've not tried it on fan yet but i think it works on fan and other small gadgets of 5v. You can idea the actual size of this panel by seeing second photo that i've uploaded by compare it's size with my hand.
